GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The terms of payment shall be nett cash on delivery except where the PURCHASER possesses a current
credit account with K HITCH in which case the terms of payment will be nett cash free of exchange by the
30th day of the month following the month during which the goods were delivered.

Non payment of any monies owed by the due date will entitle K HITCH to refuse to deliver further goods.

PRICE LIST
Except when otherwise expressly stated in a K HITCH quotation all prices are subject to variation at any
time without notice to reflect any cost variation in relation to cost of labour, materials, transport, tariffs, duty,
exchange, and any statutory obligations.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
Unless specifically stated prices do not include Goods and Services Tax and should be added at the rate
in force at the time of quotation.

DELIVERY
Prices quoted are "ex works" at the office quoting. Delivery is made free on truck at which time all risk to
the product passes to the PURCHASER.

K HITCH accepts no responsibility for insurance or loss or damage to goods after the point of delivery.

TITLE
Title in all products remain with K HITCH until all monies owing have been paid and until payment the
PURCHASER shall hold the goods as bailee and shall be liable to K HITCH.

SPECIFICATION
K HITCH reserves the right to alter specifications and/or dimensions without prior notice and accepts no
responsibility for incorrect fitments.

FUWA K HITCH WARRANTY POLICY

K HITCH (Australia) warrants the products manufactured by K HITCH and associated companies against
defective material or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from delivery date for onroad products,
and six (6) months from delivery date for offroad products.

These conditions except as otherwise provided by State or Federal law are the only warranties accepted by K HITCH.

The warranty is valid for the first purchaser only.

The product has been installed to K HITCH instructions by a qualified person.

The product has not been altered, repaired, involved in an accident, or subjected to abuse, miss-use or neglect.

The product has not been fitted with parts not manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 and to K HITCH specification.

K HITCH reserves the right to repair or replace any part examined by K HITCH and deemed defective.

K HITCH will not be liable for claims relating to downtime, damage or loss of goods or earnings that may occur
as a result of any product defect or failure.

Claims are to be returned to K HITCH freight pre-paid for assessment.

An ORDER NUMBER is required for all replacements issued "subject to inspection". A credit will be issued subject to the result of the inspection.

Any product that may be the subject of a claim must have been paid for in full in accordance with standard K HITCH trading terms.

The product is used in accordance with K HITCH application recommendations.

The warranty applies to items manufactured by K HITCH only.

Proprietary items supplied by K HITCH will be covered by that manufacturers own warranty terms and conditions.

FUWA KHITCH RETURNS POLICY

Full credit will be given for stock items provided that:

The parts are returned within 28 days from delivery date.

The parts are undamaged and the packing is intact and in a saleable condition.

The parts are returned with a copy of the delivery docket or invoice.

A minimum 15% re-stocking fee applies to:

All items returned with open packaging.

Parts returned more than 28 days from delivery date.

No credit will be given for:

Parts that have been damaged, used or fitted.

Parts that have been subject to any form of deterioration such as corrosion.

Items returned more than six months from delivery date

Items made to customer order or specially procured to fill a customer order.
