axle is made from a forged one-piece beam with swaged
spindles and the addition of induction hardened bearing
journals reduce the possibility of premature wear and
tear on the spindle
- Choice
of tapered or parallel bearing configurations
- Forged
tubular construction ensures a smooth transition of strength
between diameters. This reduces the stress concentration
effect by at least 22%, which in turn results in greater
fatigue resistence
