Fuwa K HITCH is the leading Australian supplier of fifth wheels, king pins and transport components.

The fifth wheels are manufactured in Fuwa K Hitch facility in Bunbury, W.A.

Fuwa K Hitch are accredited to ISO 9001 and all components are manufactured in accordance with relevant Australian Standards.

All components where necessary are dynamically tested to comply with Australian Design Rules.


The Fuwa K Hitch fifth wheels are designed and drawn as an assembly. This process ensures the operation and suitability of the product prior to mechanical testing.


Finite element analysis is the process used to determine design suitability prior to dynamic testing.

Fifth wheels are designed with minimum requirement of a Safety
Factor of 3.

Welding jibs and fixtures are designed to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Robotic welding equipment ensures fast and consistent welds to all components.

Fully automated equipment is used to maximise efficiency whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
